How about some yoga card sensory play!? With just a few simple materials, you can create a colorful and interactive sensory experience that will engage your senses and help you learn yoga at the same time!
All you need is clear hair gel, food coloring, masking tape, sandwich bags, and some Metta Play bilingual yoga cards.
1. Simply fill the sandwich bags with clear hair gel and food coloring and mix it up!
2. Pick a card and stick a yoga card on the table.
3. Secure the bag on top with some masking tape and reveal the card underneath!
You can make it even more fun by using different colors for each bag or by placing several yoga cards in one color. And once you've revealed the yoga pose, you can do it together and say the pose in both languages!
A little bit of sensory, a little bit of yoga, and a whole lot of fun!
