Elephant Breathing: A Fun and Easy Yoga Practice for Kids to Boost Energy

Are you looking for a fun and easy way to try yoga at home with your little ones? Elephant breathing is an energizing practice that helps release stress and anxiety.

Here's how you can do elephant breathing

1. Stand with your legs wide apart.

2. Bring your hands and arms together to form the shape of an elephant's trunk.

3. Inhale deeply through your nose, lifting your trunk up towards the sky. Feel the breath filling up your lungs.

4. Exhale through your mouth, bringing your trunk down towards the ground. Make loud elephant noises!!!

Repeat this practice as many times as you want. You can also make it even more fun by pretending to be an elephant drinking water and spraying it over your back!

Elephant breathing is great for when your kids need a pick-me-up in the afternoon or in the mornings before they start the day. Why not give it a try? You and your tiny humans might just love it!
