Find a comfortable seated position facing each other with your knees bent and feet touching

Reach out and hold hands

Keeping your feet touching, slowly lift them up off the ground while leaning back slightly. Try to straighten your legs and hold the pose for a few breaths

Make it fun by swaying back and forth like a boat, singing "row row your boat", and pretending to be waves
