What's it called in other languages? Respiration en boîte (fr) | nafas kotak (in) | respiración cuadrada (sp) | hézi hūxī (man)
Why? It's an easy and memorable practice to help you find your calm and focus by slowing down your breath.
How?
❤️ Find a comfortable position
🧡 Inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 4 counts, inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 4 counts. Repeat
💛 You can pick any number as long as your inhales and exhales are equal counts
