Next, notice 4 things you can touch. Reach out and touch objects around you. Pay attention to how they feel and what they're made of. It could be how soft a blanket is, or the fur of your furry dog.

Then, notice 3 things you can hear. Listen closely to the sounds around you. It could be the sound of your mama's voice, your friends playing in the backyard, or anything else you hear.

After that, notice 2 things you can smell. Take a deep breath and notice the smells around you. It could be the smell of your bath soap, the play-dough scent at kinder, or anything else you smell.

Finally, notice 1 thing you can taste. Take a sip of water or eat a piece of fruit and notice how it tastes. It could be how sweet the mango is at dinner or how cold the water feels when you drink it.
